“David installed the backsplash as well as the tile floor in my kitchen once I had my new granite countertops installed. He was extremly proactive in helping me understand how the tile pattern chosen for the backsplash would work with the new countertops and the existing plug/outlet locations. He was polite and conscientious when working and made sure that all surrounding surfaces were protected while he performed the tile installation
He worked quickly and produced an excellent product. I plan to use him again to unstall a tile floor in my laundry room”

Lord Tile is honored to be involved in the 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts
Nancy Del Santo‘s tile design of the “Boy’s Suite” is bold and contemporary. Featuring a shower of high gloss smooth rectified 8″ x 42″ porcelain tile with a wood grain appearance. The three sided glass door sit atop a tile curb using a mitered edge, very technically challenging but stunning. The single panel of tile seems to “Float Cleanly” in the space. Don’t overlook the stylish 5/8″ Genotek edge treatment. Hand made water jet mosaic tiles complete the shower pan.
The bathroom floor mirrors the stripe effect of the ceiling in the bedroom. Using custom water-jet fabrication of Large Format Tiles and a pinstripe of metallic liner.
The quality of the tile provided by Foothills Tile and Stone was second to none. Vincent and his team are the best. If my client is shopping for a stunning bathroom, I send them to Veronica.
Don Boline doesn’t mess around…..
He has great subs and suppliers, he’s an efficient manager, and he only takes on quality work.
The Boy’s Suite was no exception. Showcase is a legendarily chaotic project; however, in true Concept Builders fashion it went quite smoothly, on time and most importantly not a corner was cut.
Concept Builders really put’s together a state of the art Design/Build project.
Again, it was my pleasure showcasing Lord Tile alongside all of these other talented professionals, for a great cause. I hope you’re one of the expected 40 thousand visitor to tour the 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and see our project for yourself.
The Mullin residence, featuring our installation of large body porcelain tile, sold recently for the highest priced per sf. in Santa Monica’s history.
It just goes to show that the right finishes sell homes!
“David was great when I had a large project to complete. Their attention to detail and professional approach were awesome. It was a pleasure working with them because I knew every detail would be perfect!”

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The work they did was excellent. They started work everyday on time and worked hard continuously. David took particular care to cover and protect areas near the worksite from dust and debris and they cleaned the site meticulously at the end of each workday. In addition when we encountered an unforeseen construction problem that was not to code or needed correction, they brought the issue to my attention and issued a change order before going ahead with any changes or modifications to the contract. David Lord did a very professional job in a timely manner. -Erin Nordlof
Tile transformed our cracked and uneven garage floor into a beautiful home gym in a week. They deserve a medal!
They were on time, very skilled, and true to quote. The workers did great work and were very courteous as well. My husband and I felt very comfortable and secure leaving any of the workers in our home while we were out. We were very pleased with our experience with Lord Tile.

“We were so fortunate to have selected a great general contractor who worked with fantastic group of sub-contractors, Lord Tile was the best of the punch. The tile and stone work throughout our home is all first class.”

One of my masterpieces can be yours….
100 Vail Dr. pool room for sale for a mere $16,500,000
I worked with Dave for over 20 years, I’ll never forget back in the early 90’s when he was making wall mud with the garden rototiller in a huge gang shower at our local high school that their still using today….simply genius. As a general contractor best tool I own is my cell phone full of the numbers of quality subcontractors and this is one of the best. Anyone looking for tile work to be done should do what I do and call Dave.
