Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts

Lord Tile is honored to be involved in the 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts

Nancy Del Santo‘s tile design of the “Boy’s Suite” is bold and contemporary.  Featuring  a shower of high gloss smooth rectified 8″ x 42″ porcelain tile with a wood grain appearance.  The three sided glass door sit atop a tile curb using a mitered edge, very technically challenging but stunning. The single panel of tile seems to  “Float Cleanly” in the space.   Don’t overlook the stylish 5/8″ Genotek edge treatment.  Hand made water jet mosaic tiles complete the shower pan.

The bathroom floor mirrors the stripe effect of the ceiling in the bedroom.  Using custom water-jet fabrication of Large Format Tiles and a pinstripe of metallic liner.

The quality of the tile provided by Foothills Tile and Stone was second to none. Vincent and his team are the best. If my client is shopping for a stunning bathroom, I send them to Veronica.

Don Boline doesn’t mess around…..

He has great subs and suppliers, he’s an efficient manager, and he only takes on quality work.

The Boy’s Suite was no exception. Showcase is a legendarily chaotic project; however, in true Concept Builders fashion it went quite smoothly, on time and most importantly not a corner was cut.

Concept Builders really put’s together a state of the art Design/Build project.

Again, it was my pleasure showcasing Lord Tile alongside all of  these other talented professionals, for a great cause.  I hope you’re one of the expected 40 thousand visitor to tour the 2015 Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and see our project for yourself.
